• Two Concerts Para tañer juntos en dos vihuelas by Delitiae Musicae and Si me llaman — Diego Pisador, Salamanca 1552 by El Cortesano. On 25 April in the Auditorium of the Fundación Caja Madrid, Casa de las Alhajas, Madrid.

2008

• Vihuela concerts, lectures and exhibition of vihuelas in the Festival Oudemuziek de Utrecht. Lectures by Gerardo Arriaga, John Griffiths, Sebastián Núñez. Concerts by  Ariel Abramovich, Xavier Díaz, José Miguel Moreno, Hopkinson Smith, 29 August – 7 September

• Le Choeur des Muses, Concert of French music of the 17th century. Claudio Hernández, 10-course lute, Museo de los Orígenes, (Casa de San Isidro), Madrid
• Ramilletes—Música y Poesía del Siglo de Oro Español by Mabel Ruiz (vihuela, lute and theorbo) and Jesús Herrera(Recitador)
• 1st Week of Early Music, Conservatorium Federico Moreno Tórroba, with the participation of the la Sociedad de la VIhuela

2006

• Vihuela lecture and  recital. Early music in the contemporary context (Cristina Bordas) with a recital by Gerardo Arriaga. In the book shop  El Argonauta in Madrid, 30 April

• Launch of the first volume of the Society’s journal Hispanica Lyra on 20 May in the Library of the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid. Con with the participation of  Arriaga, Cristina Bordas, Carlos González, Pepe Rey, and Hopkinson Smith
